The LL.M. Professional Track study program was designed for law students with an educational background from outside the United States who would like to complete an internationally recognized Berkeley Law degree. The flexible curriculum includes business and intellectual property law and core U.S. law courses, and therefore serves graduates who have a professional interest in the area of international law firms and companies.
