General description
The Master’s program in Modern History gives students the opportunity to engage in a scholarly examination of the history of the modern era, as well as imparting a knowledge of the relevant theories and methods of the discipline. It equips them to produce historical analyses of the modern world. In conjunction with a major in the social sciences or humanities it helps candidates recognize and reflect on the historical dimension of societal, political, and culture phenomena.
